Susannah Hodges is the broker for Provenance Realty Group, which began in early 2012. She is licensed with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and is a member of the Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors.

Susannah is a graduate of Centenary College, and recently moved back to Shreveport from Florida. She spent over 10 years building homes in South Louisiana and all around Florida, but now oversees all of the sales at Provenance.

Susannah, her husband, and their daughter have a labradoodle named Sambo. They love to spend time on the lake and deep sea fishing!

A few of Susannah's favorite things about the Provenance neighborhood are its beautiful, but unique home architecture and Windrush Park.

Sarah Lowder is the sales associate for Provenance Realty Group, which began

Sarah is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University, where she received a degree in Finance. She is also certified through Cornell University in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management.

Sarah, her husband, and their daughter have two miniature dachshunds, Doc & Mattie. They love to travel and are big LSU fans... Geaux Tigers!

A few of Sarah's favorite things about the Provenance neighborhood are the various Community Events and the restaurants and shopping at Windrush Village.
