Windrush Village Marketplace is the community stomping ground for residents of Provenance. Our marketplace is currently home to banking and investment services, restaurants, a post office, dry cleaning and a primary medical care facility.   Our vision for this community center includes specialty food shops, spas, apparel, gift boutiques, pet shops, hardware stores, specialty furniture stores, jewelers, sports shops, galleries and stationery shops.

We are now leasing space in Windrush Village Marketplace, a 17,050 square foot retail center in Provenance. Suites range from 1,200 to 3,000 square feet.
